Partnered with BattleBots to build and launch a branded robotics camp from the ground up, combining the beloved competition with hands-on curriculum design to create one of the highest-performing branded products in industry history.
Designed a merch line for an in-person fundraiser, then extended it into a Shopify storefront so supporters could buy from anywhere. Pre-order and print-on-demand fulfillment kept inventory at zero, and an integrated donation flow let people give on top of what they bought.
Landed an exclusive with Epic Games and signed Ninja to one of his first brand contract. Built a learning experience inside the game using Unreal Engine, then brought it into the real world through gaming centers, summer camps, and premium venues with live competitions and meet-and-greets. Kids built in the world they were already living in.
Partnered with NVIDIA to build a youth-facing AI/ML curriculum...first of its kind, taking it from concept to a certification students could actually earn and use on college resumes. Delivered online and at university campuses worldwide, with the technical rigor intact and the age gap closed.
At hundreds of summer camps, family check-in ran on printed spreadsheets and took up to 15 minutes per child. Target was 5. Worked with field staff to build the app prototype as they were the ones living the problem, then spearheaded a cross-functional product team including engineering, operations, and compliance to turn it into a real product. We beat the 5 minute mark and kept going.
